## Description This PR thoroughly updates and refactors the stale "Talks & Podcasts" section in the company handbook to better align with our current media strategy and brand presence. Following internal feedback, the hierarchy has been inverted to prioritize our owned media channels (The MarsBased Podcast & YouTube) over historical external appearances, giving the entire section a much stronger narrative weight. ## Changes * **Rebranded & Reordered:** Updated all legacy references of *Life on Mars* to the official *MarsBased Podcast* and pushed our own channels to the top of the file. * **Added Platform Deep Links:** Included direct links to Web, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts for both the English and Spanish editions, explicitly framing our weekly audio goals (managed by David). * **Data-Driven Highlights:** Added the Top 3 most-watched video episodes for both English and Spanish on YouTube, complete with accurate view counts and enriched content descriptions (featuring guests like Midudev, Linus Ekenstam, Carlos Azaustre, and our internal 2025 review). * **Streamlined External Appearances:** Moved historical talks to a condensed "Other Podcasts & Talks" section at the bottom, removing outdated references (such as old COVID-19 webinars) while preserving our historical track record (Startup Grind, Salesforce, Itnig, etc.). * **New Speaking Milestones:** Added recent high-profile engineering talks by Àlex and Xavi at **Talent Arena within the Mobile World Congress (MWC)** framework. ## Checklist - [x] Verified markdown header hierarchy (`#`, `##`, `###`) matches standard handbook layout. - [x] Updated all video URLs with the precise, working YouTube links provided. - [x] Ensured language links (ES/EN) map correctly to their respective landing pages and platform feeds.

This PR thoroughly updates and refactors the stale "Talks & Podcasts" section in the company handbook to better align with our current media strategy and brand presence.
Following internal feedback, the hierarchy has been inverted to prioritize our owned media channels (The MarsBased Podcast & YouTube) over historical external appearances, giving the entire section a much stronger narrative weight.
Reason for change
The previous handbook content was outdated, referencing old branding (Life on Mars) and legacy events while missing our main content drivers (YouTube top episodes) and recent milestones like Talent Arena at MWC.
